4 Chicken Breasts
60ml Honey
2 Oranges, juice only
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
½ Pineapple, cubed
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180c (160 fan), 350f, Gas Mark 4
2. In a bowl combine the honey, orange juice, garlic & pineapple.
3. Place chicken breasts in roasting tin & glaze with the sauce. Bake for 30-40 mins until the chicken is brown. Then serve immediately.
